Joe Davis
Joe Davis is the CLO and Founder at 10x Learning. He brings over a decade of experience from Google, where he led product innovation for AI-led learning ecosystems. During his 11-year tenure, he built and grew learning products impacting millions at Google Play, Google.org, YouTube, Google Shopping, Google Store and gFiber. He also led tech education at Nordstrom and Costco. Joe holds an M.S. in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. He serves on the board for the Carson College of Business.

Javier Diez
Javier Diez is a seasoned entrepreneur and eLearning expert with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology and education. He has led the creation of custom eLearning solutions, training games, and interactive simulations for organizations like Google, Square, Visa, the IMF, Walmart, Shell and more. His work received multiple awards for instructional design excellence and training ROI, and he is a leading edtech speaker. Previously, Javier founded and scaled Netizen, one of Latin America’s leading ISPs, acquired by SkyOnline for $20M. He holds a BA in Film and Media Arts and an MA in Communication and Technology.

David Bentley
David Bentley is a 10x Learning Transformation and Change Partner, focused on building, turning around, and scaling technology companies. He applies his over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, and operational leadership to help organizations improve growth and valuation. Previously, he was the Global CEO of Porter Novelli, a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company and a regional Managing Director at AKQA. David's expertise lies in developing high performing cross-functional teams that achieve outsized growth by fostering a culture of learning, ambition, collective ownership and customer orientation.

Carly Brunner
With over a decade of experience, Carly specializes in scaling talent systems and development programs from hundreds to thousands of employees. Carly has led learning and talent organizations at rapid-growth companies like Cloudflare, WeWork, and Rent the Runway. She’s experienced in defining behaviors needed for success and builds the systems to assess, develop, and reinforce them. Carly began her career as a high school teacher in Chicago. Her background in Education provides the foundation for how she understands both how people learn and the best ways to reinforce that learning.

Katie Beebe
Katie Beebe is a strategic learning and enablement leader with over 15 years of experience scaling global programs for high-growth technology organizations. She specializes in translating complex product capabilities and business strategies into actionable workflows that drive performance and organizational readiness. Her career includes experience at Google, Palo Alto Networks and Crowdstrike, where she has architected large-scale learning and enablement engines and led global teams to deliver measurable impact. Katie holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Design from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

Rebecca Cooney
Rebecca Cooney is a distinguished professor of strategic communication at Washington State University. She teaches courses in branding, advertising, and digital marketing, leads undergraduate assessment efforts for Murrow College, and serves as a co-investigator, communications specialist, and instructional designer on three federally funded research grants and projects. She is professionally certified in learning experience design and holds a BA and MA in communication.

Matt Ochsner
Matt is an investment banking veteran, experienced in assessing the value and markets of education technology products and curriculum. Matt worked at Needham & Company and Piper Sandler, where he led major transactions including the IPO of Instacart and Reddit. Matt recently advised Google.org with EdTech ecosystem market investments.

Chris Cooney
Chris Cooney is an experienced educator and marketing professional specializing in learning experience design and training. In addition to his role as an associate professor at Washington State University, he has designed and delivered training programs for major organizations, including Google and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Chris holds a BBA in advertising and an MBA in business administration

Annie Tonsiengsom
Annie has two decades of experience working in the Video Production industry and enjoys wearing many hats. The joy of collaboration, working alongside and meeting the best people, fuels her drive and motivation. Annie has led learning media projects for major clients like Nike, Google, Amazon, and Levi’s. Annie’s superpower is creating an environment that allows others to be themselves, capturing their passion and talents in the final learning product.

Diego Ljavetzky
With over 20 years of experience, Diego designs technology-driven learning solutions for global organizations including Mastercard, Starbucks, Google, and BASF. He specializes in creating behavior-changing business simulations, training games, explainer videos, and digital learning experiences. His background combines degrees in Information Technology and Graphic Design, later complemented by studies in Communication and a degree in Technology and Education, shaping a strong focus on user experience and learner engagement.

Federico Welz
Federico holds degrees in Systems Engineering and Electronic Engineering and plays a key role in shaping our digital learning solutions. He specializes in designing and building innovative eLearning experiences, blending technology, creativity, and problem-solving to transform how people learn. From interactive simulations and game-based learning to advanced learning platforms and emerging technologies, Federico explores what’s possible and turns it into effective, future-ready training solutions for our clients.

Christian Cerniauskas
Christian brings a background in Graphic Design and advanced studies in Digital Design to his role overseeing production. He organizes workflows and leads our production teams, ensuring collaboration, consistency, and quality across all eLearning projects. By bridging creative vision and execution, he helps deliver engaging learning experiences on time and with precision.

Miguel Nieva
Miguel is a visual and user experience designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and User Experience, and a creative background in Photography, Illustration, and Typography. He leads the art direction and learner experience design across our custom learning projects, ensuring each solution is visually compelling, intuitive to use, and designed to support effective learning outcomes.

Benjamin Busch
Benjamin is a visual designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and studies in Animation and Illustration. He blends strong design theory with imaginative, modern applications across digital design and eLearning experiences. Fluent in an ever-evolving landscape of tools, trends, and techniques, Benjamin crafts visuals that are purposeful, engaging, and tailored to the unique context of each digital experience.

Avinash Kohirkar
Avinash is a Project Manager for Learning Operations with over 20 years experience leading technical learning and market operations programs. Most recently, Avinash supported Blockly Developer event operations. He’s managed Google Developers learning pathways at Google I/O 2023 and 2024, and oversaw the global rollout of Google Play and TensorFlow developer certifications. Prior to Google, Avinash spent over 15 years at IBM, where he led the transformation of customer market research tools, exceeding product adoption goals.
