Joe is Chief Learning Officer and Founder at 10x. He's a career learning leader specializing in technical marketing, learning and enablement at enterprise scale. Joe spent over 11 years at Google, leading global learning and developer ecosystem innovation for millions at Google Play, YouTube, Google.org, Google Shopping, Google Store, and gFiber. Joe helps engineering teams teach their product's value and technical truth. Prior, Joe led technical education and change readiness at Nordstrom and Costco. Joe holds an M.S. in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and serves on the board of the Carson College of Business. Joe lives in the New York City area with his partner and their cat.
